You should notice that the Windows 10 Watermark was removed. Right-click on your Desktop and hit Refresh. This action will again Update your Computer Policy. Finally, head over to your Administration Command Prompt and type in “gpupdate /force”.On the right side, locate the PaintDesktopVersion icon, double click it and change the Value Data from 4 to 0.
Open your Registry Editor once more and change the address to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop.If you don’t see the red text anymore, then the method worked. Next, go back to the Settings Window and check if the Activation was successful.
